The is the most comprehensive set offered on the web at this price. The set consists of a Dixon Style stake holder, T Stake Raising Iron, Double Bick Iron, 2” Domed Ball Mushroom stake, 3 1/2” Low-Dome Mushroom stake, and a Bick Iron forming stake.

One end of the Bick Iron forming stake is undercut and the other is rolled, offering versatility for forming vessels and large jewelry pieces such as bracelets.

During forming, the stake supports the metal while it is worked directly with a hammer. By working on different areas of the stake, you determine the shape and dimension of the metal form delivers an excellent curve for forming and planishing large pendants and other designs in repousse, raising, armor and other artistic applications.

The bick iron is about 1 3/8" wide and 11 1/2" across the length of the forming surface and stands about 6" above the tool holder. The anvil face (flat forming surface) is 2 3/4" long.

The double horn bick is about 1 1/4" wide and 8" across the length of the forming surface and stands about 7" above the tool holder.

All tools fit in an old version of the Dixon Stake Plate or the one reproduced in our catalog.

We offer these in a standard cast finish and some are lightly polished as shown in the photos.

All the tools shown have a tapered post to fit into the hardy hole of an anvil or a stake plate which is included.
