BASE AND 2” DOME MUSHROOM NOT INCLUDED
The 3 1/2” low-dome mushroom stake offers versatility for forming vessels and large jewelry pieces such as bracelets. During forming, the stake supports the metal while it is worked directly with a hammer. By working on different areas of the stake, you determine the shape and dimension of the metal form and delivers an excellent curve for forming and planishing large pendants and other designs in repousse, raising, armor and other artistic applications. The tool is lightly polished as shown in the photo. It has a tapered post to to accommodate a 3/4" to 7/8" hardy hole of an anvil, or a stake plate which is sold as a separate item. #SPDS
